Can I Sign Up Early?
Class size is limited, so make sure to register early! Students who register in advance will be notified of course changes. If you are not pre-registered,
call ahead to verify class time and availability.
Can I Register Online?
You may register online for any class at ConwinOnline.com/Academy up to 11:00pm the night before the class.
Can I Cancel/Refund/Transfer a Class?
In the unforeseen event a class is cancelled by CONWIN's Balloon Artist Academy for any reasons, pre- registered students’ tuition will be refunded or registration fee
will be transferred to another class. Note, due to the discounted pricing structure, Season Pass holders will have the option to transfer to another class, however refunds
are not available.
What about Student Cancellations?
In the event you are unable to attend a class, CONWIN's Balloon Artist Academy will issue a store credit for tuition or you can request to be transferred to another
class – pending availability. To receive a refund, students must give 1-day cancellation notice prior to the class date. Please contact Marilee Mattix, LA Balloons Dir. Of Education, at (818) 246- 9404 with questions regarding the Academy. Refund or store credit option is not available for students cancelling on the day of the class or later.
Is Parking Available?
Parking is FREE at CONWIN's Balloon Artist Academy, and is available on Sperry St. on the SOUTH side only. In addition to street parking, there is a parking lot
located behind the store available for students.
Should I Be Aware of Any Academy Policies?
• Class Schedule is subject to change without notice.
• Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to participate or attend classes
unless the class description states otherwise. Students under 18-years of age
must be accompanied by an adult.
• No video cameras or recorders are permitted in the class.
• Anyone present in the classroom must pay the registration fee.
• CONWIN's Balloon Artist Academy reserves the right to cancel classes or substitute teachers if
necessary. Students will be notified of changes.
