Note:
Standard rubber cement is not usually a good adhesive
for balloons. However, One Coat rubber cement is available
at some artist supply stores
and its performance is much better than standard
rubber cement. It can be painted onto the balloon surface
and dries quickly, leaving a sticky surface similar to
post-a-notes but stronger. Balloons can usually be carefully
repositioned. |
