1. Call Conwin's Service & Repair Department at (818) 246-9233 in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. Important: Packages without RA numbers cannot be accepted at Conwin and will be returned to sender.
2. Carefully package your product in a box that will protect it
against freight damage. Conwin will not accept products that have
been poorly packaged. Important: Your Return Authorization Number
must be boldly printed on the exterior of the package in order for Conwin to accept it .

Conwin will not accept packages with freight charges due, packages
without a Return Authorization Number, or packages with poor packaging.
5. Upon receipt of equipment, Conwin will contact customer for:
- Authorization of repair charges (The minimum standard repair service
charge is $20.00.)
- Estimated repair time
- Method of payment. (Note: Conwin only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and CODs)
6. If customer chooses to use expedited shipping for repairs, then Conwin will repair within 24hrs of receiving package. Products not under warranty are responsible for shipping charges to and from Conwin. |
