In the beginning of 1998 we saw a "Balloon Images" magazine.
We were so delighted and inspired that we decided to start our own
business. Although we had no idea how people would react, we were
enthusiastic and determined, and at the end of 1998 we opened the
first balloon business in Croatia. In 1999 we contacted Pioneer
Europe, and placed our first order.

After 6 months of hard work promoting ourselves, and opening people
up to the possibilities of balloon design, we opened a small (20 square
meters) retail store. In February of 2001 we moved our store to a
larger space (40 square meters) in the "Importanne Galleria,"
a shopping complex in the center of Zagreb. That turned out to be
a very good move. We get a lot of new customers who become interested
in balloon decor. We get very many people in who are seeing balloon
design for the first time. Our primary business continues to be decorations,
and our store in "Importanne Galleria" helps us attract
new clients.
We are so proud that we have built up such a strong, successful
business. I would particularly like to thank Pioneer Europe Ltd.,
who helped us tremendously with advice and support.
