We encourage our brides to use this only for their big entrance. At this particular wedding, all of the other wedding party folks (bridesmaids, groomsmen, mothers, fathers, grandparents, etc.) were all introduced and entered through a traditional walk-through heart at a different location in the room . The "Wall of Love Heart" is placed in front of a door they can sneak through with nobody noticing, such as a kitchen or staff hallway entrance.  Then, as guests arrive, the bride and groom "plant" some people in front of the "Wall of Love" heart taking pictures so that people assume it is a picture backdrop. Then, after all the other people in the wedding party are introduced, the DJ starts some cool music (i.e., Star Wars or Yanni) and says something like "and now ladies and gentlemen, we'd like to direct your attention over to our beautiful "Wall of Love" and let's welcome the new Mr. and Mrs. _________________!!! and Kaboom!  

As an additional plus, the wait staff of the hotel did their first "parade" through the heart when delivering the salads. They really loved it!
