Using 18", 24" or 3' balloon, insert balloon bulb inside, inflate with Air Force 4 Inflator and secure to the top of the pole. In this design I created a Gumball effect using Insider Balloon Stuffing Tool putting 5" balloons inside the 24" balloon before I inserted the Balloon Bulb.

Create Air-Filled 4-Balloon Double Bubble clusters x 2 (use Double Bubble Outlet and Dual Split Second Sizer for precision and speed) and position these below the balloon bulb, push the first cluster up so that it conceals the base of the bulb.

Insert 160Q white inside 260Q Diamond Clear (this just drops in easily), partially inflate the 260Q then inflate the 160Q, this creates the same double bubble effect, repeat 4 times.

Create 4-Balloon Cluster with Double Bubble 260Q and slip between the 2 clusters and gently pull the 260Q through so they are positioned below the second cluster.

Create 3 more Double Bubble 4-balloon Clusters with the White 11" inside 11" Diamond Clear Balloons and position at the base of the design, this will also conceal the Balloon Bulbs Power Box.

Fairy Lights can also be added to a design such as this, add these before you start attaching any balloons.

Finally,I added iridescent ribbon to the design to give an extra sparkle to the overall design.
