Shower Guests with Confetti
by Sue Marston-Weston, CBA
Using Conwin's Confetti Cannon

Attach the power cable for the Confetti Cannon to the pole using clear package tape. Leave approximately 12 inches of cable at the top of the pole. Wrap the pole and cable with the Neon Foam Wire, working with both colors at the same time to create a spiral pattern.

Using a Precision Air or Air Force 4 Inflator, build a 4-balloon cluster spiral garland with 5 inch balloons (both colors), inflate these to 4 inches. You will need approximately 45 clusters in total.

Secure the garland to the pole and create an S shape and secure the garland to the pole.

Using a Precision Air or Air Force 4 Inflator, fully inflate approximately thirty 260s and 160s in both colors. Vary the lengths and tie them in duplets. Twist the bundle together at the center. Repeat this process for the base, but make the lengths much shorter and use fewer balloons.

Prior to fixing the top bundle of 260s, you will need to prepare the canon as per the instructions: www.conwinonline.com/shop/shop.asp?pid=55140

Fix the top bundle of balloons in place to hide the cannon. If you want this design to be viewed from all sides you will need to make 2 bundles and fix on each side.
