Start by inflating with air using the Dual Split Second Sizer set on Nitrogen 2 x 4 layer column from 11” sized to 10” with spiralling colours of 2 x Black, 1 x Lime Green & 1 x Magenta Latex, attach a weight to each base.

Inflate with helium using the Dual Split Second Sizer a 646Q Black almost fully, just leave yourself 1” at the end so you have a tying connection at both ends of the balloon, now tie directly into the base column created in step 1, you now need to repeat for the 2nd base column.

Inflate another 646Q Black to the same size as in Step 2 and tie this to the fist 646Q attached to the base column in step 2, so you form a floating chain, repeat for the other base cluster. So you end up with 2 x base columns of 3 layers each with 2 646Q coming from them linked together.

Now you need to helium inflate with the Dual Split Second Sizer 2 x 4 Balloon clusters in the same colour formation as the base clusters and attach one in-between the connection of the 2 x 646Q’s and the other at the top of the second 646Q.  Now repeat this for the 2nd side so they look equal, add to each side into the connection points (see pic).

Now to connect the design into the arch you need to take another 4 balloon cluster and tie into the top of one column then bring the other column over and tie the top of the other side into this cluster forming the arch.  Then take a 3’ Diamond Clear balloon and fill with 5” Balloons using the Conwin Insider Tool attached to your Dual Split Second Sizer, add some confetti and then inflate the 3’ almost fully and tie.

Tie the 3’ onto the top of your 3 balloon cluster in the centre of the arch (see pic), Then inflate with the Auto Foil Outlet a selection of foils to place around the arch (the foils can be inflated with air) We have also added some 4” and 9” Foil stars – these have been glue into place.   Inflate 12 x 160Q Pale Pink and tie into sets of 3 connect both ends of each set together and then feed each set into the design so the 160Q’s twist up around the 646Q’s!!

You now need to set up the Exploder Kit, adding the twin pin to the centre 30” and feeding the tubing down one side of the arch ready for the special effect!   Press the Button and see the explosion of bubbles and confetti for the perfect added effect to any party!!
