  3' Clear Star Print Balloon
Crescent Moon Foil Shape
11" Black Star Print Balloons
20" Gold Foil Stars
Steel Base Plate
5' Electrical Conduit (1/2")
10' Extension Hose Inflator

To build the Stairway to the Stars column, inflate two 11" black star print balloons to 9". Tie the balloons together into a duplet. Make a second duplet using an 11" black star print (inflated to 9") and an air-filled 20" gold foil star. Tie the latex and foil balloon together. Twist the two duplets together to form a quad of 3 latex balloons and 1 foil balloon.

Press the quads on the pole between two latex balloons. Twist the latex balloons around each other once to secure the quad on the pole. Rotate each additional quad a quarter turn when it is placed on the pole. This will allow the stars to form a spiral.

Insert a moon foil balloon into a 3' star print latex balloon. Using Conwin's
10' Extension Hose Inflator with the 8" Outlet, fill the outer 3' latex balloon approximately 2/3 full. Next, fully inflate the foil crescent moon balloon. The 8" outlet will allow you to bypass the self sealing valve and inflate the foil balloon quickly without damaging the valve.

If it is necessary to add more helium to the 3' latex, the 8" tip will fit between the latex and the foil far enough to add the helium without interference. Twist the neck of the latex and foil together and seal with a cinch tie.

Tie an uninflated 260 balloon to the neck of the 3' star print latex balloon. Stretch the ends of the 260 balloon around the top quad and tie them together to secure the 3' balloon to the top of the column. The elasticity of the 260 balloon will hold the topper on tight and straight.

10' Extension Hose Inflator
Features 2 outlets for fast, simultaneous inflation. Versatile quick-disconnect fitting lets you easily change the extension outlet to meet the specific need for any job.
