1. Prepare the 3’ balloon first, using the insider tool add 30 balloons in total, use a selection of all the 5” as listed above. http://www.conwinonline.com/design_projects/gumball.asp
2. Using the Conwin Balloon Bulb Stretch Tool, place the ‘gumball’ onto the tool to open up the balloon, now insert the balloon bulb inside. Please note, if you want to give this design a pinkish glow, prior to inserting the balloon bulb inside the balloon, wrap the tube with a  pink cellophane and secure to the tube, make a hole in the cellophane where it covers the inflation hole, do not cover the top of the balloon bulb with the cellophane.
3. Place the inflated gumball on to the top of a conduit pole, secured to a base plate.
4. Working with the Precision Air or Dual Split Second Sizer with nitrogen, inflate 2 x clusters of 11” Pearl White to approx. 10”, position one of the clusters at the base of the balloon bulb and the other at the base plate end. Inflate another cluster of 11” Pearl white this time sized to approx. 8”, position this cluster on top of the base cluster.
5. Inflate 17 x 4-balloon clusters, 5” inflated to approx. 4.5”, I have not used any pattern for the 5”, I feel that a random selection is more elegant that a spiral pattern for a wedding…this is just my opinion!
6. Place the first 5” cluster under the White 10” cluster under the balloon bulb and push this cluster upwards, this will then position the 10” balloons so that they cover the base of the balloon bulbs.
7. Add all the remaining 5” balloon clusters; add more if required for your length of pole.
8. To complete this design add the organza ribbon and silk flowers.
