Lifetime Warranty
Conwin Carbonic Co., Inc, warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased is free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by an accident, electrical fault, or through misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

What is Covered
Conwin products are manufactured according to a rigid code of quality standards. However, in the event of defects in materials or workmanship, Conwin will repair or replace the product, at Conwin's option. Please reference Step 3 below for further instructions.

What is Not Covered
Conwin's Product Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage incurred in shipping, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, normal wear and tear, and acts of God. Please reference Step 3 below for further repair/service options.

Limitations
Conwin's Product Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Conwin Carbonic Co., Inc. Conwin will not compensate customer for loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, property damage caused by a Conwin product, or any other incidental or consequential damages or expenses incurred by customer due to use of or inability to use Conwin product.

Returns Policy
If you received damaged items, or items you did not order, please contact Customer Service at (800) 877-8889. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before returning items, you must call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Repair Shipping Policy
Products under Warranty Issue will be shipped back to customer free of charge via UPS Ground only. If customer would like expedited shipping, they must pay the difference in cost of shipping. If customer chooses to use expedited shipping for repairs, then Conwin will repair within 24hrs of receiving package. Products not under warranty are responsible for shipping charges to and from Conwin.
