Cancellation Policy
In the unforeseen event that the Euro Design Experience Tour is cancelled by the sponsors for any reason, registered delegates will receive a full refund by mail within 30 days. If possible, delegates will be notified of cancellation in advance by e-mail or phone. If the tour is unexpectedly cancelled, delegates may not be notified. In either event, Pioneer® Balloon Company and Conwin Inc. will not be held responsible to compensate delegates for loss of time, travel expenses, inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential damages incurred by delegates’ inability to attend tour.
Instructor Illness: In the event one or both of the instructors is ill, the class will be presented by one instructor or a qualified substitute instructor. Registration will not be refunded in the event of an instructor illness.
Delegate Cancellation
If you need to cancel your Euro Design Experience registration, please notify Pioneer Balloon Company by phone at least two days prior to your scheduled seminar at 1-800-999-5644. Please allow 30 days to process cancellations. NOTE: A $50 service charge will be deducted from refunded registrations.
Children
Children will not be allowed to attend the Euro Design Experience Tour. Delegates must be 16 years or older to attend the event.
Filming/Recording and Internet Policy
No video filming or audio recording is permitted during the seminar. Still photography is allowed, but camera phones are not allowed. All designs created during the tour are copyright property of Pioneer Balloon Company and Conwin Inc. Delegates are prohibited from posting seminar projects on the Internet, sharing images via e-mail, or digitally transmitting Euro Design Experience Tour designs until the close of the tour on May 1, 2008.
Cell Phone Policy
Delegates will be required to turn off cell phones or set phones to silent mode during the seminar. In respect of others, delegates will be asked to leave the classroom to conduct phone conversations. Camera phones will not be permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the classroom. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the host hotel during breaks. |
