Millennium Jam Trip Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER:
Delegates will be automatically entered once they have registered for the “Euro Design Experience” Tour (“Tour”) at www.qualatex.com/eurodesign between December 17, 2007 and April 22, 2008. Incomplete entries will be considered invalid. Limit one entry per person per Tour date. Not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late entries.
2. PRIZE:
One (1) 8-day/7-night trip for winner only to Mol, Belgium for the Millennium Jam 2008 from November 1, 2008 through November 8, 2008. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (based on single occupancy), and registration for one (1) to the Millennium Jam 2008. One finalist will be drawn at each of the eight (8) cities in which the Tour appears. One winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eight (8) finalists on or about May 5, 2008. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this giveaway. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail/mail/phone.
3. GENERAL RULES:
Winner may not transfer prize. Prize has no cash value. Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within 7 days of notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Prize must be used on dates specified by Sponsor. In the event the Millennium Jam 2008 is cancelled or postponed for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment and ground transportation are the winner's sole responsibility. By accepting prize, winner agrees to grant permission to Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering this drawing, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
Drawing open to residents of the U.S., who are 18 years of age as of date of entry and are registered attendees of “The Euro Design Experience” Tour, except employees and their families of Pioneer Balloon Company and Conwin Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising/marketing agencies. Prize winner must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid passport, visa, photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Airline carrier’s conditions apply. This giveaway is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
