Yes, though it’s recommended that Hi-Float is not inside the neck of the balloon when inflating. This will prevent Hi-Float from entering and possibly clogging the outlets. If you are using a Dual Split-Second Sizer or Duplicator 2 with Hi-Float, be sure to use Conwin’s Hi-Float Outlet.
